By accessing or using The Shipping Dude platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Shipping Dude provides a web-based platform that allows users to compare shipping rates from multiple carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), purchase shipping labels, manage shipments, and access related logistics tools. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit-wallet basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service operates on a pre-funded wallet system. Credits added to your wallet are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Credits do not expire. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance before purchasing labels. All prices shown include our service markup over carrier base rates.
You agree not to use the Service to ship prohibited or restricted items including but not limited to: illegal goods, hazardous materials not properly declared, items banned by applicable carriers, or items prohibited by local, state, or federal law. You may not use the Service to generate fraudulent shipments, abuse carrier pricing, or circumvent postage requirements. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Shipping labels purchased through the Service are subject to each carrier's own terms of service, shipping policies, and prohibited items lists. The Shipping Dude acts as an intermediary and is not the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost or damaged packages, carrier surcharges, or address correction fees. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the applicable carrier.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Service are the property of The Shipping Dude or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Shipping Dude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused wallet credits may be refunded at our discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
